  • Where do your dates come from?
We get the best dates from their origin. Our Mabroom, Sagai, and Khudri dates come from Saudi Arabia and our Medjoul dates come from Palestine.
 
  • I need to send the product as a gift. What should I do?
Don’t worry. Just place your order and set the shipping address to the person you want to send it to. You can add a gift message too.
Our gift boxes are suitable for all occasions: mothers day, fathers day, valentine, birthday, retirement, new home, thank you, teachers gift, congratulations.

 

  • I love Medjoul dates, Can you make a special box of only Medjoul dates?

Sure. If you have a special order please email us at hi@reemasgourmet.co.uk with your request and we will do our best.

 

  • I have a special occasion or wedding and need something special?

We would love to take part in your occasion. We can do special trays, personal packs, or whatever you like to serve your needs. We can customize with ribbons to match your theme colors.

  • I would like Reemas as a corporate gift?

 Allergy Information

  • Do Reemas Filled dates contain dairy products?

No. Reemas Filled Dates are dairy free.

 

  • Can I gift Reemas to someone with Nut allergy?
All Reemas products are produced in a facility that handles nuts.
All of our products contain or may contain nuts/peanuts.
 
  • Are Reemas products Vegan/Vegetarian?

Yes. Our products are vegan/vegetarian friendly.

 

 Storage

  •  What is the shelf life of your date gift boxes?

Please check the Best Before date printed on the packaging. Our date gift boxes (filled with fruits/nuts) typically have a shelf life of 4 to 9 months respectively when stored correctly. 
Please store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
Reemas products have a best-by date instead of an expiry date.

 Orders and Returns

  • I need my order the next day. Will I get it next day?
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed on the next working day.
If your next-day order is for a special day/occasion please leave us a note on the checkout page and we will let you know. Alternatively, you can order some of our products from Amazon.
Next-day shipping service usually takes 1-2 working days.
 
  • I am ordering with standard shipping, when will I get my product?
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed on the next working day.
We do our best to process orders as soon as we can. However, our processing time may take 2 days for large orders or on busy times.  Standard shipping service usually takes 2-4 working days.
So please expect to receive your order 4-6 working days after placing it for standard shipping.
  
  • I wish to cancel my order. What should I do?

If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order that you have placed, please contact us at hi@reemasgourmet.co.uk to check the status of your order.
If your order was not dispatched yet, we will be happy to refund you.
A cancellation processing fee of £2 will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order.

  • My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us at hi@reemasgourmet.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the product and send us a photo of the damage.
You will get a refund for the product. Please allow a few days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

  • I am not happy with my product. What should I do?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Due to the nature of our products, our products are not returnable.
However, If you are not happy with our products, please contact us at hi@reemasgourmet.co.uk and we will do our best to solve any issues.
