Due to the nature of our products, they are not returnable.
Refund Policy
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@reemasgourmet.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the product and send us a photo of the damage. You will get a refund for the product. Please allow a few days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
Canceling your order
If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order that you have placed, please contact us at hi@reemasgourmet.co.uk to check the status of your order. If your order was not dispatched yet, we will be happy to refund you. A cancellation processing fee of £2 will be deducted from your refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order.
